Position: Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and goal-oriented Marketing Manager to help build and shape our marketing function from the ground up.

As a key part of our global expansion, you will:

• Define our brand voice and lead effective, engaging campaigns.
• Manage communication channels and build relationships with clients and partners.
• Oversee investor engagement and enhance our employer brand.
• Collaborate on the social media strategy and manage the marketing budget.
• Work closely with agencies and freelancers to execute innovative campaigns.

Our Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing and communications within a dynamic tech or startup environment.
• Success in managing and developing a global tech brand, with the ability to adapt tone of voice and campaigns to different audiences.
• Expertise in content marketing strategies, driving engagement, and establishing thought leadership in urban mobility, gig economy, and fintech spaces.
• Strong customer acquisition skills and the ability to build relationships with partners, investors, and enhance employer branding.
• Experience managing corporate social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Twitter, in collaboration with a social media specialist.
• Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Ability to monitor KPIs, create detailed reports, and optimize advertising materials in collaboration with the creative team.
• Passion for modern technologies, smart cities, and improving daily life quality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
