The successful candidate will be managing our operations in Poland as well as enhancing service quality. This role entails direct oversight of daily operations, strategic planning to enhance service delivery, and close collaboration with both local and headquarters teams to foster growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for implementing effective strategies to optimize employees engagement, increase retention, and ensure financial targets are met. Additionally, you will harness data analytics to make informed decisions and keep our operations aligned with market trends and business objectives.

Our requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in a leadership role in gig economy, ride hailing, delivery or logistics industry in tech/app environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and scale operations, with a solid track record of enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and driving a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in using data to guide operations and decision-making.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, able to maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
• Effective communication skills, with fluency in English and Polish
