The Regional Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating telematics installation activities in Poland. The job plays a critical role in driving the execution of the integration of telematics business in Eurowag. By unifying installation practices and optimizing operational processes across the region, this role is crucial in achieving synergy among diverse teams and systems. The position ensures that installations are executed efficiently, aligning with Eurowag’s strategic goals of delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing resource utilization.

Job requirements:

· Strong understanding of telematics hardware, installation processes, and associated technologies.

· Demonstrated expertise in change management, with an ability to lead teams through organizational transitions, such as mergers or system integrations.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience) is an advantage.

· Strong leadership and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to drive results in a complex, multicultural environment.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).

· High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across the related countries included in Northern and Baltic cluster.

· Proficiency in using digital tools for project management, reporting, and collaboration.

· Ability to adapt quickly to changes in project scope, company strategy, and external business environments.

· Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development, staying updated on the latest trends in project management and business transformation.

· Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.

Job responsibilities:

· Management of Telematics Installation Projects

o Oversee and coordinate telematics system installations across countries included in Northern and Baltic cluster, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

o Drive the execution of the integration of telematics business in Eurowag.

o Support the implementation of unified installation practices and other operation processes for achieving synergy among diverse teams and systems.

o Ensure all installations are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues regarding key installation projects in the countries included in Northern and Baltic cluster.

· Team Leadership and Coordination

o Lead and manage local installation teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and priorities.

o Ensure visibility and communication of installation projects among teams across countries included in Northern and Baltic cluster.

o Supervise and support Installation Managers and technicians in countries included in Northern and Baltic cluster to improve team performance.

o Provide regular training and skills development for both in-house and external installation partners.

· Performance Management

o Monitor and evaluate regional installation activities using KPIs defined at the Eurowag Group level.

o Generate standardized reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes for the Head of Installation and Planning.

· Quality Assurance and Process Improvement

o Implement standardized installation processes across countries included in Northern and Baltic cluster to ensure efficiency and consistency.

o Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.

o Support the integration of new telematics technologies, products and solutions in the region.

· External Partner Network Oversight

o Collaborate with country-specific installation team leaders to build and maintain strong relationships with external installation partners.

o Ensure third-party contractors comply with company standards and deliver high-quality results.

o Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with external partners to secure cost-effective and scalable solutions, cooperated with the country installation Team leader.

· Budget Management

o Support the Head of Installation and Planning in managing the regional installation budget.

o Optimize resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality or service level.

· Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

o Work closely with regional and international teams, including service desk (product support), sales, and development departments.

o Act proactively to address challenges in installation projects and provide quick resolutions.

· Installations:

o Perform hardware installations in the field, as required, to support team objectives and address urgent needs.
