We give you a piece of our expertise and experience gained over the last decades. We are the largest Polish manufacturer and exporter of cosmetics. Our products are available in over 80 countries worldwide.


Due to continuous development EVELINE Cosmetics brand we reach more and more customers around the world. We are looking for: 

International Key Account Manager


Responsibilities: 

  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for growth in new international markets. 
  • Depth understanding local trends and demands at beauty industry. 
  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Navigate and respect cultural differences, which can include adjusting communication styles, business practices, and strategies to fit the market.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that the services or products being offered are adapted to international clients' specific needs.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company, while adhering to local laws and regulatios.
  • Market Insights and Reporting: Provide regular updates to the leadership team about market trends, competition, and customer feedback, helping inform the company's overall international strategy.

 

Expectations: 

  • More than 3 years of experience on similar position.
  • Experience in international business and cross-cultural communication.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (especially if dealing with non-English speaking countries).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of international trade laws, tax regulations, and market nuances.
  • Ability to manage complex projects across multiple regions.
