Junior Affiliate Account Manager

Everlee is an affiliate network and a direct advertiser operating in 15 European markets with over 10 years of experience in the Nutra sector. Our mission is to discover talented marketers and provide them with the best opportunities. We want to make affiliate marketing more accessible to beginners and create a space where marketers can grow and build lasting relationships with brands.

🔌 Position Level: Junior

🌌 Location: Remote

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring and performance optimization of a dedicated pool of affiliates: checking stats, confirming bumps or decreases in rates, scaling profitable campaigns, adding and testing new sources;
• Adjusting tracking and full-cycle setup of the offers/campaigns;
• Control of traffic quality and partner’s payouts approval;
• Developing strong relationships with new and existing partners to continually grow the business.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is proficient in English;
• Has 1+ years of working experience in marketing agency or strong interest in marketing;
• Understands basic affiliate metrics, unit economics, and models of cooperation: CPA, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI;
• Quickly unrestands and operates new systems and software;
• Possesses excellent written and spoken communication skills.
