About Us:

We create distance learning products for:

• Aircraft types (e.g. Diamond DA42, Airbus A320, Boeing 737)

• Theoretical training (e.g. ATPL, PLL, N-VFR, MEP(L))

• General Aviation subjects (e.g. CRM, CWO, DG)

Our solutions strictly follow EASA regulations and comply with global aviation standards (ICAO, FAA, IATA).We work in small, interdisciplinary, agile teams focused on ownership and impact.

Your Role:

As an Aviation e-Learning Developer / Subject Matter Expert, you will create high-quality training solutions for pilots based on technical documentation and aviation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop e-learning and m-learning training scenarios for pilots

• Design and build courses using authoring tools

• Improve and update existing training materials

• Collaborate with graphic designers to enhance learning effectiveness

• Contribute to team OKRs and product milestones

• Research and implement innovative learning approaches

What We’re Looking For:

• Engineering degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and/or pilot license

• Strong English skills (C1 or equivalent)

• Ability to understand and work with technical aviation documentation

• Logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills

• Interest in technology and digital learning tools

• Availability of at least 30 hours per week

• Passion for aviation
