We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialists to join our growing fintech team.
We’re looking for professionals with hands-on experience in financial services, acquiring, or PSP (Payment Service Provider) environments — especially in cross-border payments or low-risk e-commerce markets across Poland, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, and the Czech Republic.
The ideal candidates combine a strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of payment ecosystems — including merchant onboarding, transaction processing, and compliance standards — and can translate that expertise into successful business growth.

Your responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cross-border and acquiring payments sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that support company objectives and market expansion.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and partnership offers.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, and report results to management.

Our requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in financial services, fintech, acquiring, or PSP.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant onboarding, and card transaction flows (Visa / Mastercard).
• Knowledge of chargeback procedures and customer verification processes (KYC / AML).
• Proven ability to manage relationships with merchants, PSPs, and financial institutions, including high- and mid-risk segments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts simply.
• Highly motivated, target-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Fluent in English and Polish (other CEE languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
