High Voltage Elec­tri­cian

As FERCHAU Poland continues to grow, we're looking for a High Voltage Electrician to join our offshore wind energy projects and help shape the future of renewable power.

This will be your future job

• Collaborating in the design and optimization of high voltage systems
• Preparing technical specifications and ensuring their compliance with Polish and international safety standards for high voltage installations
• Participating in technical meetings with contractors, suppliers, and other project partners
• Supporting the procurement team by providing key technical information for tender documentation
• Harmonizing and standardizing components of power systems, including high voltage switchgear, transformers, current and voltage transformers, and protection devices
• Conducting project feasibility analyses, including technical assessments, concept development, and cost estimations
• Developing technical requirements and specifications in line with investor expectations

The right qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in the electrical power sector, including both transmission and distribution networks
• Solid experience in designing high voltage power stations
• Proven experience working within international and multicultural project environments
• Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
• Thorough knowledge of key regulations and standards, including the Network Code and NC RfG
• Experience overseeing contractors and ensuring their work complies with project specifications, functional requirements, and industry standards
• Valid SEP G1 E and D (without voltage restrictions)
• Unrestricted electrical construction licenses
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written (minimum B2 level)
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols when working with electrical equipment
• Possession of a valid category B driving license
