Ferchau Poland is looking for a Project Engi­neer to join our team working on process tech­no­lo­gies in the manu­fac­tu­ring sector. If you're inte­rested in process engi­nee­ring and project work in indus­tries like food, pharma, chemical - we'd love to hear from you!


Please note that this position offers remote work, however, it also requires wil­ling­ness to travel frequently (up to 30% of working time)


This will be your future job

  • Pro­vi­ding support to the sales team by prepa­ring cost esti­mates, selec­ting equip­ment, and compi­ling neces­sary docu­men­ta­tion required both for closing sales and execu­ting projects

  • Being fully involved in all project phases, inclu­ding crea­ting diagrams, sizing equip­ment, pipe­lines, and process instal­la­tions, prepa­ring compo­nent lists, commu­ni­ca­ting with clients, colla­bo­ra­ting with contrac­tors, and over­seeing project sche­dules and budgets

  • Ensu­ring compli­ance with safety regu­la­tions throug­hout project execu­tion

  • Super­vi­sing the instal­la­tion assembly and commis­sio­ning accor­ding to defined para­me­ters and time­lines, trou­bles­hoo­ting tech­nical issues, and prepa­ring instruc­tions and tech­nical docu­men­ta­tion

  • Taking respon­si­bi­lity for the final handover and accep­tance of the instal­la­tion by the client

Your profile

  • Higher educa­tion in mecha­nical engi­nee­ring, process tech­no­logy, or food engi­nee­ring

  • At least 2 years of prac­tical expe­ri­ence in process engi­nee­ring and commis­sio­ning indus­trial systems

  • Pre­vious expe­ri­ence in the food or cosme­tics indus­tries

  • Pro­fi­ciency in MS Office and AutoCAD

  • English communication skills with fluency at a minimum B2 level - both spoken and written

  • Wil­ling­ness to travel frequently (up to 30% of working time) and work on-site during project execu­tion
