Connec­ting people and tech­no­lo­gies, finding the perfect match for our custo­mers, and always finding the right experts for every chal­len­ge—that's our goal at FERCHAU, which is why we are looking for you: an expe­ri­enced Steel Struc­tures Industry Coor­di­nator to coope­rate on infra­s­truc­ture projects (steel and rein­forced concrete struc­tures).


Your respon­si­bi­li­ties

  • Coor­di­na­tion of site mana­gers and subcon­trac­tors

  • Stra­tegic and opera­ti­onal plan­ning, resource allo­ca­tion

  • Qua­lity control and compli­ance with docu­men­ta­tion and contracts

  • Pro­gress repor­ting and imple­men­ta­tion of correc­tive actions

  • Repre­sen­ting the company in front of the investor

  • Pro­po­sing tech­nical impro­ve­ments

  • Super­vi­sion of health, safety, and envi­ron­mental protec­tion (HSE)

  • Mana­ge­ment of the engi­nee­ring team, recruit­ment, and team deve­lop­ment

Your profile

  • Expe­ri­ence in coor­di­na­ting steel struc­ture projects

  • Know­ledge of health, safety, and envi­ron­mental (HSE) regu­la­tions

  • Abi­lity to plan both stra­te­gi­cally and opera­ti­o­nally

  • Expe­ri­ence in mana­ging engi­nee­ring teams

  • Uni­ver­sity degree in a tech­nical field (civil engi­nee­ring, struc­tural engi­nee­ring, or related disci­plines)

  • Pro­fi­ciency in quality control and compli­ance with tech­nical docu­men­ta­tion

  • Pro­fi­ciency in English
