After more than 6 years on the market, Fibertide keeps working on strengthening its business development to enable further growth. We are looking for a proactive professional with great organizational skills to work directly with our management on sales and marketing tasks.

Fibertide employs engineers with strong mathematical and computer science backgrounds. We design, maintain and develop large-scale cloud systems for companies from the U.S. and Europe. Our customers include both ambitious startups and established businesses that require assistance improving their technologies for large userbases, big datasets and rapid growth.

With us, you will be…


  • creating and managing our marketing and sales process,
  • collaborating with our tech team on improving our offer,
  • designing a process for collecting and sharing our engineers’ insights on our website,
  • running and supervising marketing campaigns,
  • prospecting potential clients,
  • improving the visual identity of our brand and the quality of marketing content,
  • adjusting and redesigning sales materials and coordinating our website’s sales-oriented changes, to better present our offer to potential clients,
  • preparing offers for new customers,
  • inspiring us with new initiatives that could improve our sales strategy.

We expect that you...


  • have at least 4 years of professional experience in total, including at least 2 years of working in a field related to sales or marketing (preferably in software development services for high-tech companies),
  • will impress us with your creativity, proactivity and organizational skills, regardless of tasks assigned,
  • have great communication skills (including English and Polish on a C1+ level) and can engage in email conversations with potential clients,
  • can or are willing to learn how to lead a small team, organizing their work and priorities to make sure we are properly executing on our strategy.


Bonus points if you...


  • live in or close to Wrocław and are willing to work with us in our office (pl. Bema) occasionally,
  • know how to do starter designs, mockups and presentations,
  • speak fluently in other languages.
