About the role
The Brand & Graphic Designer at FinanSys is responsible for creating clear, high-quality visual assets that support marketing, website experience, and overall brand consistency.
This role focuses on designing static assets across digital channels, including website visuals, campaign materials, and reusable templates (e.g. social media, presentations). A key part of the role is ensuring that all visual output aligns with FinanSys’ positioning and helps communicate complex concepts in a simple, structured way.
The role works closely with Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to translate messaging into effective visual formats, while also maintaining and evolving the FinanSys brand system where needed. This includes contributing to the website redesign and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
This is a part-time role; 75h/month.
Role responsibilities;
- Design visual assets for our websites, including graphics, layouts, and supporting UI elements
- Create reusable design templates (e.g. Canva, Figma, PowerPoint) for social media, campaigns, and internal use
- Produce static assets for marketing campaigns (ads, landing pages, presentations, event materials)
- Ensure visual consistency and alignment with FinanSys brand guidelines across all outputs
- Support the website redesign with visual assets and design system components
- Maintain and update the brand book where needed (e.g. usage, consistency, extensions)
- Create simple landing page mockups (structure, layout, and visual direction) to support campaign execution and conversion
- Design marketing emails (layouts and reusable templates) aligned with brand guidelines and best practices
About the candidate
Essential;
- 4+ years of experience in graphic or brand design roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work across digital channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with clear priorities
- Experience creating digital assets for websites, campaigns, and social media
- Experience contributing to or evolving brand guidelines
- Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and visual communication
- Experience working with design systems and maintaining brand consistency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva
- Ability to create reusable templates and scalable design assets
- Good communication skills in English (B2 min.)
Nice to have skills;
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
- Familiarity with basic UX/UI principles, especially for supporting website design
- Experience working in fast-paced or early-stage environments
- Basic understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles
