Position Summary
As an Area Sales Manager, you will report to the Regional Head of Sales (Sales Director Commercial Vehicles, EMEA) and play a crucial role in improving aftermarket sales performance across assigned markets and OEM accounts.
You will oversee the distributor network, ensuring high-quality operations and broad market coverage, with a strong focus on sustaining and driving growth.
We are looking for a candidate to manage client relationships across the UK and Scandinavia, Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The specific territory of responsibility will be allocated based on your professional experience.

Responsibilities
• Develop the distribution network by setting sales targets, strengthening market positioning, and enhancing brand perception
• Collaborate with the sales team and Sales Director Commercial Vehicles EMEA to ensure alignment and teamwork
• Monitor competitor activities and report insights to the team
• Implement marketing initiatives to support sales efforts
• Identify and pursue new distributors and sales opportunities to increase market share
Qualifications/ skills
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the transportation, automotive or commercial vehicles sector
• Experience managing distributor channel and achieving sales targets
• Fluency in English is a must, any other foreign language is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and solid business acumen
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, creativity, and proactivity
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel (approx. 30%) – remote work options available for the remaining time (to be determined)
