ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Business Development Manager will take charge of our international sales. In this role, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for qualifying, pitching, closing and maintaining the relationships with new clients. The Business Development Manager will be one of the first members of the team talking to potential clients.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Dynamics 365 Customer Insights apps
- Microsoft Sustainability Manager
- Microsoft Copilot M365 with extensions
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Acquire new clients (B2B sales)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and procurement professionals
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, solution scoping, negotiation, and contract close
- Work closely with the technical team in order to align technical solution to client needs
- Collaborate closely with marketing and grade the quality of leads, find new ways of lead generation
- Find opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform implementations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years experience (preferably in sales, business development, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- A technology savvy person who could understand how our offering can help our clients
- Open mindedness and ability to quickly adapt to the changing environment
- Startup (all-hands-on-deck) approach
- Previous experience in B2B sales and/or lead generation
- Fluent Polish & English
