Marketing Specialist

We're a Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform consultancy with strong technical expertise and happy clients. But we're invisible online. No consistent content, minimal LinkedIn presence, basic website. We need someone to change that.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-only position. You'll work directly with the founder, get context on what we do, and then actually produce content — not just plans.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

•       Create LinkedIn content (posts, articles) that positions Firnew as experts in Microsoft business apps / AI automations

•       Develop case studies from our existing client work

•       Improve website content and messaging

•       Support outbound sales with email templates, one-pagers, pitch materials

•       Explore additional channels: SEO, newsletter, webinars, Microsoft partner marketing

•       Run ad campaigns

•       Track what works, double down on it

YOU'LL BE A FIT IF

•       You can write clearly for a B2B audience — no fluff, no jargon soup

•       You understand (or can quickly learn) what Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are

•       You've created content for LinkedIn, blogs, or B2B companies before

•       You're comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight

•       You can take a technical topic and make it accessible without dumbing it down

•       Fluent Polish and English

NICE TO HAVE

•       Experience in IT services / consulting / SaaS marketing

•       Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem or partner marketing

•       Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) for simple visuals

•       SEO knowledge
