HR Manager / Head of HR

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / Head of HR to take full strategic and operational responsibility for HR across two production plants in Poland (750+ employees) in automotive sector.

This is not a maintenance role.

Place of work : Toruń Area (10 km away)

Salary: 12000 - 17000 gross per month

This is an opportunity to build and develop the HR function, work closely with the Management Board and actively support leaders in a complex manufacturing environment.

Your scope of responsibility:

✔ building and implementing the local HR strategy aligned with Group goals

✔ setting up and developing HR structures and processes in two production plants

✔ ensuring full compliance with Polish labour law and internal compliance standards

✔ cooperation and constructive dialogue with trade unions

✔ HR support for managers and leadership teams

✔ talent development, succession planning and change management

✔ HR and business KPI reporting to the Management Board

Your profile:

🔹 senior HR Manager / Head of HR experience

🔹 strong knowledge of Polish labour law and employee relations

🔹 experience in a manufacturing/production/automotive environment

🔹 experience in dealing with trade unions

🔹 Polish (native) and fluent German and/or English
