What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and amplify our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the fintech or payments industry, coupled with a good understanding of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs.
- Represent Flash at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns to promote our services.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in fintech or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
