Flint Systems, a Polish producer VR training simulators, is currently seeking Key Account Manager. Our simulators play a crucial role in training machine operators on a daily basis.
Due to the high demand for our simulators in the market, we are actively searching for individuals like YOU (or someone you know)!

We are looking for someone to:
Actively acquire new clients abroad and in Poland (strong focus on international markets)
Actively build and develop a network of international partners
Conduct sales and business negotiations in English
Represent the company at conferences and trade fairs in Poland and internationally
Independently lead meetings and deliver presentations
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management (preferred experience in IT, new technologies, or the training/education sector is a strong advantage)
✅ Fluent English (spoken and written) – daily business communication
✅ Drving license ("kategoria B")
✅ Knowledge of additional languages is a strong plus (especially Spanish)
✅ Ability to actively acquire new clients and partners (not only handling inbound leads)
✅ Experience in international sales or cooperation with foreign partners
✅ Willingness and availability for business travel (Poland & abroad)
✅ Confidence in conducting business meetings, sales presentations, product demos, negotiations
✅ Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, priorities, and calendar
✅ Openness to learning and gradually becoming self-sufficient in presenting and operating Flint Systems solutions
✅ Good organizational skills and follow-up discipline
✅ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to cooperate closely with technical and management teams
