How will your daily work look like?

• Creating animations that bring our projects to life.
• Ensuring the brand's visual integrity and consistency.
• Working closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute design concepts.
• Collaborating with other designers and team members, such as researchers, strategists, developers, and data analysts.

What qualifications do you need to join us?

• Proven experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio to showcase your skills.
• Experience in creating 2D animations.
• A solid understanding of composition, typography, graphic design, and image editing.
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, After Effects/Cavalry, and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with design trends for social media, websites, and e-commerce.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Good communication skills in both English (B2+ level) and Polish.
• Confidence in presenting and explaining your ideas.
• A proactive attitude—you enjoy solving problems and figuring things out.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks across multiple projects.
