Opis stanowiska

This role doesn't exist yet at most companies.

We’re looking for someone who’s deeply fluent in AI tools, automations, and vibe-coding — and who wants to use that fluency to make an entire team faster, smarter, and more creative. You’re not a designer. You’re not a developer. You’re the person who sits between everyone and makes the whole machine run better with AI.

At Flying Bisons, we’re rebuilding how we work around a simple bet: AI isn’t a feature, it’s infrastructure. Every team, every process, every project. We need someone who can operationalize that bet — day by day, workflow by workflow, prototype by prototype.

We call this the AI Operator role. You are the connective tissue between strategy, design, and delivery. You make teams faster. You automate what shouldn’t be manual. You build working prototypes before anyone has finished writing the brief. Speed, resourcefulness, and taste for what’s actually useful are your core skills.

What you'll actually do

You’ll work across the organization — sometimes embedded with a project team, sometimes building internal tools, sometimes prototyping a client idea that doesn’t have a team yet.

In practice, your week might look like this:On Monday, a project team is kicking off a new e-commerce platform. You join the workshop and, while the strategist is still talking through user stories, you’re already vibe-coding a rough interactive prototype in Cursor or Bolt. By lunch, the team has something to click through and react to — not wireframes, not sketches, a working thing.

On Tuesday, you notice the design team is spending hours manually preparing assets for handoff. You build a Make or n8n automation or Figma plugin that cuts that time by 80%. You document it, share it in Slack, and move on.

On Wednesday, the CEO asks: “Can we use AI to analyze client feedback from the last 10 projects and find patterns?” You say “give me the afternoon” and come back with a working tool that does exactly that.

On Thursday, you’re testing three new AI tools that launched this week. One of them is genuinely useful. You write a quick internal playbook on when and how to use it, and run a 15-minute demo for the team.

On Friday, you’re pairing with a senior designer on a pitch — they handle the strategy, you generate a prototype that makes the whole presentation land differently.

You get the idea. No two weeks look the same, but the through-line is always: find the leverage point, apply AI, ship something useful, move on.

What we're looking for

You think in systems, not tasks. When you see a repetitive process, your brain immediately starts mapping it into an automation. When you hear a product idea, you’re already thinking about which AI tool gets you to a prototype fastest.

You’re fluent in AI tools. Not just ChatGPT. You work regularly with LLMs, code assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf), automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier), prototyping tools (v0, Bolt, Lovable), and probably a dozen others. You know their strengths, weaknesses, and when to switch.

You can vibe-code. Give you a brief and access to an AI coding tool, and you’ll come back with a working prototype. You’re not a software engineer — you don’t need to be. But you can talk to AI tools well enough to build real, functional things.

You’re fast and pragmatic. You ship rough, iterate fast, and know the difference between “done enough to be useful” and “done enough to be impressive.” You optimize for learning speed, not polish.

You’re a builder, not a theorist. You don’t write memos about what AI could do — you build the thing and show people. Your default mode is “let me try it” not “let me research it.”

You have taste. Not in the pixel-perfect design sense, but in the “this automation actually solves the right problem” sense. You know when something is genuinely useful vs. when it’s just cool.

You communicate well. You’ll work with designers, strategists, PMs, and developers. You need to explain what you’re building, why it matters, and how people can use it. English is required; Polish is a strong plus.

What we don't care about

  • How many years of experience you have

  • Whether you have a design degree, or any degree

  • Whether your background is “traditional” — some of the best AI operators we’ve met came from completely unexpected fields

  • Whether you’ve worked at a big-name company

What we want to see instead

Show us things you’ve built. Automations, prototypes, internal tools, side projects, weird experiments — anything that demonstrates you default to building. A screen recording of you solving a real problem with AI is worth more than any CV.

Show us range. We don’t want someone who’s only good at one tool. Show us that you can move between LLMs, automation platforms, and prototyping tools depending on what the problem needs.

Show us speed. During the interview, we’ll give you a real problem. We want to see how fast you identify the right approach, pick the right tools, and get to something working.

The interview process

No cover letters. No "tell me about a time when…" questions. We want to see how you think and what you build. The process has two steps:

Step 1 — Video application (max 12 min)

Record a single video in English with exactly 3 parts:

Part 1: Show us a build (4–5 min) Pick one thing you've built with AI tools — an automation, a prototype, an internal tool, a workflow, anything. Screen-record yourself walking through it. Show the final result AND your process: what tools you used, how you prompted, how many iterations it took, what decisions you made along the way. Narrate what worked and what didn't. We want to see your thinking, not just the output.

Part 2: Your toolkit (2–3 min) Walk us through the AI tools you use daily. Open them, show us your actual workspace — projects, automations, prompt history, pipelines. Which tool for which task? What have you tried and abandoned? We're looking for real daily usage, not a list of logos on a slide.

Part 3: Your view on the future of work (2–3 min) Talk to us directly, no screen share needed. Answer this: "How will AI change the way agencies and product teams operate in 2 years, and what role will you play in that shift?" There's no right answer. We want to hear how you think about where this is all going.

What NOT to include:

  • Don't walk us through a traditional portfolio or case study

  • Don't spend time on your CV or career history, we'll read that separately

  • Don't show tools you've only tried once, we want to see your real stack

  • Don't go over 12 minutes. If you can say it in 7, even better

Format: Loom, screen recording, or any video format. Upload or send a link. We don't care about production quality — we care about clarity of thinking.

Step 2 — Live build session (60 min)

We give you a real problem — something like "automate this workflow" or "prototype this feature using AI tools." You build it live, sharing your screen. We watch how you think, how you prompt, how you iterate, and how you make decisions under real constraints. No trick questions. No whiteboard puzzles. Just building.
