YOUR ROLE:

Join our team as a Recruitment Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in attracting top talent to our innovative game development studio. Utilise your communication skills to build relationships with candidates and contribute to our studio's growth. Become a key player in shaping the future of Flying Wild Hog's dynamic and creative environment.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract (approximately for 1 year).

YOUR DAILY TASK:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment process, which includes:
• Collaborating with Hiring Managers 
• Creating and promoting job ads
• Selection of candidates 
• Acquiring candidates (via search engines, social media channels, recommendations, etc.)
• Conducting interviews and taking care of test assignments
• Providing feedback to candidates
• Extension of an offer
• Supporting other HR processes in the company, such as Onboarding, Employer Branding etc.
• Collaborating with the Back Office during the hiring process or other HR-related activities.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience with the end-to-end recruitment process in the IT field or at least 1 year of experience in Gamedev recruitment
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and experience using them
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced command of Polish and English
• Experience working with ATS
• Organisation skills on point
• Interest in video games
