No-Code / Low-Code Developer

The role

We’re looking for someone who thrives in the world of no-code/low-code tools (like Bubble, Make, Zapier, or Airtable), enjoys solving problems quickly, and has a strong sense for automation and efficiency. You should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in this area and be confident working independently, exploring new tools, and turning business ideas into working solutions.

What you’ll do

1. Build PoCs for clients using no-code/low-code platforms
2. Present the solutions to the client
3. Prototype internal and external product ideas
4. Automate internal workflows and processes (e.g. with Make, Zapier, Airtable)
5. Quickly evaluate and test tools to solve specific business needs
6. Collaborate with product and tech teams on idea validation

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Bubble, Make, Zapier, Airtable, etc.)
2. A good sense for UX and building intuitive flows
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
4. Curiosity and willingness to quickly learn new tools and approaches
5. Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish B2+, English B2+)
6. Bonus: Experience working with APIs, automations, or integrating tools with backend systems
