If so, we want you to join our team as an Account Executive 🚀
In this role, you will build and manage a network of creators, drive performance through creator-led content, and help brands grow via TikTok and beyond.
Since TikTok Shop is still an emerging space in Europe, we don’t expect deep platform experience — instead, we’re looking for someone with strong experience in UGC, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and e-commerce, who can translate that into TikTok-first strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit & onboard creators (UGC, influencers, affiliates) and build a scalable creator pipeline
Manage creator relationships — daily communication, briefs, feedback, and motivation
Launch and coordinate campaigns with creators, ensuring content quality and brand alignment
Track and optimize performance (sales, conversions, ROI), scaling top creators and improving results
Create educational materials for creators (guides, videos, best practices) and help them improve performance
Who You Are
2–5+ years of experience in:
Influencer Marketing / UGC
Affiliate Marketing
E-commerce or performance marketing
Experience working with creators or affiliates at scale
Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok & Instagram)
Performance-driven mindset (understanding of CPA, ROAS, conversions)
Analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets / analytics tools)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce
Experience working with affiliate tools/platforms
Experience creating educational content (guides, videos, webinars)
Basic content creation or editing skills (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
Experience building or managing creator communities
