We're looking for a talented and motivated Content & Ads Campaign Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating and optimizing compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences across major social platforms, while also playing a key role in planning, executing, and analyzing impactful social media ad campaigns. 🎯

Important Note: This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to be based in Warsaw or the surrounding area, with 3 days per week working from our Warsaw office and 2 days of remote work. 📍

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft Captivating Content: Develop & publish engaging social media content (TikTok, Meta platforms, YouTube) that drives results. ✍️

• Drive Impactful Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute & manage Social Media Ads campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for maximum ROI. 📈

• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with creative & client service teams to integrate content & advertising strategies. 🤝

• Analyze & Optimize: Dive deep into campaign data, prepare reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement. 🔍

• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Track social media trends & best practices, proactively identify opportunities to enhance strategies. 🚀

  
  

Who You Are (Requirements):

• Passionate about social media management, content creation, scheduling & publishing. 📱

• Familiar with ad campaign management on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube (experience a plus!). 👍

• Eager to learn PPC campaign planning & execution, with a keen interest in data analysis. 🤓

• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, eager to contribute innovative ideas. ✨

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning & contributing. 💪

• Excellent communication & collaboration skills. 🗣️

• English proficiency - minimum B2+ level 🌍
