Are you a social media wizard who knows how to stop the scroll with fire content? 🔥 Do you live and breathe the creator economy and know how to make brands pop with authentic creator content? If so, we need you! 💯

As our Social Video Content Specialist, you'll be the mastermind blending creativity with strategy, making sure our clients' brands don't just get seen, but get remembered and loved.

🔥What You'll Be Doing:

• Crafting killer content strategies that tell brand stories that actually connect.

• Making sure our creative strategies are always fresh and on point with the latest TikTok, Insta, and Snap trends.

• Designing strategy plans that bring real results and align with the big boss KPIs.

• Seamlessly weaving creator content into client campaigns while keeping it 100% true to the brand's voice.

• Dropping fun and engaging creative concepts that bring brands to life on TikTok and beyond.

• Spotting viral trends before they blow up and turning those insights into must-watch content.

• Working with our amazing team to deliver content that crushes benchmarks.

🔍Who We're Looking For:

• 4+ years in social media content, management, or similar.

• Flawless English (C1 level).

• Strategic thinker who gets social.

• Creative & data-driven – insights are your jam.

• Managed UGC/influencer campaigns (got a portfolio?).

• Knows ad formats on Meta, TikTok, Snap like the back of your hand.

• Understands full-funnel strategies and how to crush brand awareness & performance.

• Lives on TikTok, knows the trends, and can turn them into fire content.

• Loves learning, growing, and pushing creative limits.

• Wants to work with global brands, worldwide.

• We're all about B2B contracts or partnering.

• Salary range: 6,000 - 12,000 PLN/month (depending on your skills and experience).

• Got that student status? We can also do a contract of mandate.
