We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, engage, and hire top creative talent for our growing team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. 🚀

What will you do:

• Own the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to hiring top talent,
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to a dynamic environment,
• Build strong talent pipelines for key roles (creatives, strategists, account managers, and more),
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience,
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and shape the recruitment strategy accordingly,
• Stay ahead of industry trends to attract the best talent,
• Take part in other HR initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a startup environment or marketing agency,
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.),
• A proactive and creative approach to finding and engaging candidates,
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills,
• Very good command of english (min C1 level),
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to share ideas and actively contribute to improvements and innovations.
