Sales Development Representative
At Fooz, we build high-performance WordPress solutions for clients. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative to become the engine of our outbound growth.
In this role, you aren’t alone. You will work in lockstep with our experienced Business Development Managers (BDMs). Your mission is to open the doors; their mission is to walk through them and close the deal. You find the spark; they bring the fire.
What youll be doing
Strategic Prospecting: Independently identifying and researching high-fit companies and decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Marketing Directors) who need a rock-solid tech partner.
Building the Pipeline: Starting the conversation. You’ll be responsible for the initial outreach and qualifying leads to ensure they are a perfect match for Fooz.
Social Branding: Active engagement on LinkedIn. You will build Fooz’s presence and your own professional brand to attract and engage potential clients.
BDM Partnership: You will work closely with our Business Development Managers, briefing them on lead insights and handing over qualified opportunities for them to lead to a final "Yes."
Goal Achievement: Staying focused on the target-generating a steady stream of qualified meetings and opportunities.

Effective Communicator: Excellent English and Polish skills are a must. You can write messages that are professional, punchy, and impossible to ignore.
Social Media Native: You understand that LinkedIn is a tool for building relationships, not just broadcasting ads.
