Your Role & Responsibilities:

🔹 Identify and contact key decision-makers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.

🔹 Generate high-quality leads in the B2B sector (corporate clients, mid-sized enterprises).

🔹 Set up meetings for our Sales Managers and help build long-term business relationships.

🔹 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

🔹 Keep track of industry trends and customer needs.


Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Experience in Lead Generation / Call Centers is a MUST (minimum 1 year).

✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills in Polish & English (B2+).

✔️ Confident in cold calling and engaging with business clients.

✔️ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

✔️ Willing to travel to Czech Republic 4 times a year for team development.

✔️ Able to work on a B2B / contractor basis.
