Your responsibilities will include:

1. Implementation and development of Zendesk/Pipedrive tools for clients:

  1. Implementing or supporting the implementation of the tools at client sites,
  2. Troubleshooting client issues related to the tools,
  3. Deploying custom integrations for clients,
  4. Implementing ready-made applications using APIs,
  5. Integrating systems via API.

2. Technical support for the Sales team in selling Workplace/Zendesk/Pipedrive tools:

  1. Analyzing client infrastructure,
  2. Matching technical solutions to client needs,
  3. Troubleshooting tool-related issues in collaboration with the IT team,
  4. Deploying custom integrations for clients,
  5. Presenting technical solutions to clients.


We are looking for someone who:

  1. Has experience in implementing applications in client infrastructure,
  2. Has at least 1 year of experience in the IT field (e.g. as a support engineer or implementation specialist),
  3. Possesses excellent communication skills – you will act as a business analyst, bridging IT and business,
  4. Is open to taking on additional tasks such as hosting webinars,
  5. Is eager to learn and continuously develop their skills,
  6. Has a good command of English (B2+) and Polish (B2+),
  7. Has completed higher education (or is currently pursuing a degree).
