Job description
We are looking for a Data Analyst who combines independent problem-solving with strong teamwork skills. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into valuable business insights that support our clients in making strategic decisions.
You will collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure access to clean and reliable data, and with business teams (including Project Management) to understand their needs and effectively communicate analytical findings.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze e-commerce, loyalty, transactional, and behavioral data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
Interpret results and translate them into clear business recommendations for both clients and internal teams
Work with data engineers to ensure data availability, quality, and structure
Present findings and recommendations clearly, both verbally and visually
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics
Job requirements
Essential skills and experience
Strong knowledge of SQL and Python (pandas, seaborn, google.cloud)
Experience with GCP, particularly BigQuery
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio
Experience with version control systems like Git
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Communicative level of English
Valuable Experience and Skills:
Experience in data modeling
Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques
Familiarity with R (especially dplyr)
Experience with Looker, especially LookML
Highly Desirable:
Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Background in working with statistical models
Experience building predictive models (e.g., customer churn prediction)
