Currently, we are looking for a person to join our Sales Department for the position: 


Head of Sales (Google Workspace)


You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing a sales team - as a leader in our organization you will be an ambassador for our values and take care of the team’s effectiveness and satisfaction. We’re looking for proactive leaders, who believe in partnership and cooperation,
  • Taking care of people's development and providing them with frequent feedback - we believe that feedback is a foundation for further growth of the single person and whole team, 
  • Creating and implementing strategies for acquiring new clients on CEE region and expanding the customer base,
  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets - we work with objectives and focus on the effect, but we give autonomy in its realization,
  • Using a SaaS tool for sales optimization,
  • Providing reports on goals realization and progress in the sales process - the sale is a repeatable process that we can improve and develop. We work on such KPIs as conversion Demo->Deal and new MRR per capita.


You will closely cooperate with:

  • C-level Management,
  • Customer Success, Tech, and Marketing Team.


Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of current experience on a leadership level in international B2B sales,
  • Experience in outbound sales of at least two years,
  • English language on a very good level (at least C1),
  • Proven ability to manage and build sales teams and monitor goals achievement,
  • Willingness and ability to care about people’s development,
  • Focusing on achieving the goals and better and better results,
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  • Budget awareness and budget management skills, as well as the ability to predict future costs,
  • Ability to use strong analytical and strategic thinking and interpret sales data such as sales reports and forecasts.
  • Willingness for Business Trips
  • The knowledge of building sales strategy as well as planning and implementation of sales activities,
  • Experience in sales of SaaS solutions will be an additional asset.
