Location: Warsaw



Specific Job Responsibilities

✅Supervising the Customer Service Specialist team to ensure full compliance with Foundever and client security requirements.

✅Ensuring the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs).

✅ Fostering a culture of open communication within the team.

✅ Recognizing and rewarding team members who achieve top performance.

✅ Participating in the oversight of the onboarding process for new employees.


Qualifications

🌍 Language: Proficiency in Japanese (C1) and English (C1);

💼 College degree or directly related work experience would be an asset; Minimum of 12 months working experience in customer service with prior leadership experience

💻 Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook); Experience with Google applications practical usage (ability to work in multiple application environment).

😇 You demonstrate professionalism, are highly motivated, and eager to grow.

📝 You have experience managing a team, providing feedback, overseeing processes, and monitoring progress.

🌞 You possess logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement performance improvement plans.
