We are an international medical corporation, providing products and services in the healthcare industry offering life-saving essential drugs and medical devices for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. 🩺💊

Our Shared Service Center in Wroclaw has existed since August 2014 and brings together accountants working for 16 European markets. There are already 200 of us, but we are still growing and expanding our scope of operations.

This is how your responsibilities would look like: 💻

• Support to the SRM rollout plan in European countries
• Coordinating and performing testing activities
• Key-User training
• SRM Customising
• Processing of Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders and sending out to suppliers
• Analysis and solving user requests independently (first level support for on-site users)
• Coordination and tracking of “tickets” with IT Department (second level support for on-site users)
• User Data Maintenance

We also need to have some requirements, so here they are: 📚

• Very good knowledge of German
• Good knowledge of English
• University Degree or equivalent experience
• Capacity to acquire high level understanding of technical issues
• Ability to work in an environment with a newly setup organisation (Indirect
• Procurement within Shared Service Center)
• Assertiveness combined with high customer orientation in terms of user training
• and support
• Self-motivation in a cross-functional challenging environment
• Ability to teamwork, also with regards to play an active role in maintaining
• contact to corporate department and stakeholders
