Packaging Integration Manager

Smart packaging and stickers are a breakthrough in the spread of post-harvest protection options for fruits and vegetables. They can be used by large companies as well as small growers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with packaging companies globally and lead the introduction of Fresh Inset technology in the global packaging industry, covering all types of produce packaging (MAP packaging, Clamshells, paperboard, cardboard etc.)
• Analyze the current manufacturing setup for printing on the packaging material and advise the setup to print Vidre+ and find application solutions together with the R&D team in Torun
• Help customers to implement the technology into their production facilities, resolve any technical issue related to printing Vidre+ complex on various carriers and on the inside side of packaging.
• Optimize the printing process for customers to maximize efficiency and financial business case.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the packaging industry,  preferably in fresh food packaging. Great knowledge and understanding of packaging/converting manufacturing processes.
• Fluent English (C1+)
• Fluent knowledge of at least one other European language (preferably Polish)
• Strong communication skills, ability to convince customers to adapt to new techniques and explain technical aspects with ease
• Focus on results and customer satisfaction

• Readyness for frequent business travels
