Your role:
- Issuing of employment documentation (employment references and certificates)
- Travel management: Managing regional tickets subscriptions (as an option)
- Daily processing of tickets, emails, and inquiries related to travel management, references, and employment certificate procedures
- Ongoing daily communication with managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Experts
- HR administration for our client in Switzerland
- Opportunities for growth in the areas of recruitment and administration
- Entering and maintaining employee data (Ticketing tool, SAP, Success Factors) -new hires, changes in employment conditions, absences, time management, personal data changes, terminations, etc.
- Direct employee support on the HR hotline
- Job offers verification and posting on internal and external platforms
- Close collaboration with HR Recruitment/Administration Teams in Switzerland
Our Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Fluent written and spoken German (at least C1) - your written and spoken language proficiency will be precisely verified
- Knowledge of French or Italian would be an asset
- Working knowledge of English
- Strong Customer Service Mindset
- Systematic and efficient time management, used to work to a deadline
- Team player attitude
- Ability to handle tasks and assignments independently
- Fast learning and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
