Your Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone and email - provide clear, professional information about our services and answer initial inquiries
Schedule meetings for the Managing Partners and coordinate calendars
Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials
Support the Managing Partners with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
Maintain accurate documentation and keep internal systems up to date
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Your Profile:
Previous experience in an assistant or support role (e.g., Sales Assistant, Sales Support, Executive Assistant)
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written, minimum C1); French is a plus
Strong communication skills and a professional, confident manner — you will often be the first point of contact for clients
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
High attention to detail, especially in preparing documents and presentations
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
A team player with a proactive, service-oriented approach
