Nestled amidst pristine natural beauty, our resort is designed to offer an unparalleled experience to our guests, blending opulence with sustainability. We are looking for a talented and motivated Luxury Villa Sales Executive to join our team and help us sell our exquisite villas to clients from Singapore and the region.


As a Luxury Villa Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our eco-luxury resort. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with high-net-worth individuals and prospective buyers, showcasing the unique features of our villas, and facilitating the sales process. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury real estate, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to tailor offerings to meet the individual desires of our discerning clientele.


Your responsibilities

  • Generate new opportunities through outbound activities and effectively converting marketing generated leads
  • Deliver offers & promotional presentations to prospective buyers
  • Hold negotiations, meetings and finalizing contracts
  • Develop content for sales presentations and other materials
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property
  • Establish relationships and confer with real estate agents from the region
  • Liaison with an existing network of partners to facilitate the closing of the transactions


Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills in English (CEFR C1+), Polish not required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of the new technologies & tools
  • Also welcome: experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn or other CRM systems; experience in working in a remote-first environment

What we offer

  • fully remote job, you can work from anywhere you want
  • permanent cooperation (based on B2B type of contract)
  • monthly base salary between 6000 and 8000 PLN net on the invoice plus quarterly performance-related bonus
  • flexible working time within business hours 8am - 6pm
