Frontkom Poland provides IT services for Frontkom Norway and is expanding its service sales on the Polish market. We are a team of specialists who value quality, financial transparency, and a partnership-based approach to clients.
About the Role
This is a part-time sales role focused on building Frontkom’s local IT sales pipeline in Poland, mostly in AI-related projects. You will work closely with the Country Manager and the sales and marketing team in Norway, taking an active role in lead generation, early sales conversations,
and client relationship development.
This role is ideal for someone who has proven experience and measurable results in selling projects in software houses or digital agencies.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
● Generating and qualifying B2B leads
● Conducting initial sales conversations
● Scheduling and coordinating sales meetings
● Supporting offer creation and pricing preparation
● Cooperating closely with the Country Manager and/or the Norwegian Sales Team on key prospects and clients
Requirements
Must have
● At least 2 years of experience in IT B2B sales
● Strong interest in sales and business development
● Confidence in business conversations in Polish and English (at least C1 language level)
● Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
● Ability to work independently and manage priorities
● Curiosity and passion about technology, AI, and digital solutions
Nice to have
● Experience in sales of AI projects
● Familiarity with CRM systems
