We are looking for a finance professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be part of a core finance team located in Poland and contribute to key group-wide financial processes including consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to group consolidation and reporting activities, including the preparation of consolidated P&L statements, key financial KPIs, and business unit-level reporting. Ensuring accurate currency translation
Prepare templates for data submission into financial systems and support the designing of monthly and budget reporting packs. Ensuring timely distribution of materials to the local finance teams and leadership team
Responsible for validating the budget prepared by group companies, ensuring the proposed financial figures align with company goals, historical performance, and leadership expectations. Validation will involve checking the accuracy of assumptions, calculations, and consistency with prior budgets or forecasts.
Analysis of the budget, comparing it to actual performance, identifying any significant deviations, and providing insights into the reasons for those variances.
Act as the point of contact for local finance teams and Group Finance regarding HFM system submissions. Ensure timely and accurate data submission. Communicate key requirements and timelines related to annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly financial reviews
Collaborate with local finance teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data. Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, identifying root causes and ensuring accurate financial reporting
Analyze revenue performance by customer and business unit, providing insights into growth drivers, risks, and business opportunities. Helps ensure that budgeted targets are realistic and provides the management team with valuable insights
Analyze costs by type and track associated KPIs to support cost control and financial performance monitoring.
Provide timely and accurate financial information to the Management. Prepare other ad hoc requests as may be required by the business or group FP&A
Drive improvements in consolidation and reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and standardization across group companies
Qualification and Skills:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Finance, experience in Controlling or Consolidation area would be an advantage
Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance-related area
Fluent command of English written and spoken
Expertise in Microsoft Office, including excellent MS Excel working skills
Proactive, solution oriented thinking and working
High awareness of cost, budget and risks
Reveal independency and capability to handle end to end responsibilities
Drive and promote continuous improvement culture within the team
Active participation in projects outside of day-to-day duties
Practical knowledge of one of the ERP systems: SAP, Oracle
Practical knowledge of HFM as an advantage
