about the program:

Sprawny staż is an initiative by the Integralia Foundation aimed at students and graduates with disabilities. The program offers friendly, paid internships at renowned companies. Each participant will receive a minimum salary of PLN 5,376 gross per month. In this year's 5th edition, employers have submitted nearly 30 offers across various industries.

your tasks:

·        supporting the cyclical actuarial reporting process (Solvency II, profitability of insurance products)

·        participating in the development of actuarial tools and models (including Tyche)

·        conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of the insurance portfolio

·        improving and automating processes

·        preparing documentation related to actuarial processes

join if you have:

·        student or graduate status in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, statistics or quantitative methods in economics

·        intermediate level of English

·        proficiency in MS Excel

·        programming skills (VBA, Python, R) are a plus

·        availability for 3-4 days per week

·        strong analytical skills

·        creativity and enthusiasm for work

·        strong communication skills

we offer:

·        a 3-month paid internship taking place between July and September

·        minimum salary of PLN 5,367 gross per month for a full-time internship

recruitment process:

The recruitment process consists of two main stages:

1. Stage One is conducted by the Integralia Foundation. Interviews take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (either in person or online). If you successfully pass this stage, we will recommend your candidacy to the host company.

2. Stage Two is carried out by the company offering the internship. You will be informed about the outcome of the interviews no later than June 26, 2026.

Competency tests may be part of the recruitment process.
