about the program:

Sprawny staż is an initiative by the Integralia Foundation aimed at students and graduates with disabilities. The program offers friendly, paid internships at renowned companies. Each participant will receive a minimum salary of PLN 5,376 gross per month. In this year's 5th edition, employers have submitted nearly 30 offers across various industries.

your tasks:

Global Clinical Solutions (GCS) in AstraZeneca provides centralized services for its internal and external stakeholders. The team ensures complete, high-quality clinical operations data and delivers to time, cost, and quality. Individuals in the role will ensure the population and availability of complete, high-quality data from clinical operations processes/procedures and systems.

We offer the opportunity to learn and work with systems commonly used in clinical research, gain hands-on exposure to key clinical trial documentation and processes, and expand your knowledge of clinical trial operations and GCP principles. You will collaborate in a truly global environment, engaging with stakeholders and study teams across regions to build strong communication and partnership skills.

Completion of the internship does not guarantee contract extension or further employment at AstraZeneca. Future opportunities may be advertised separately and require a new application.

recruitment process:

The recruitment process consists of two main stages:

1. Stage One is conducted by the Integralia Foundation. Interviews take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (either in person or online). If you successfully pass this stage, we will recommend your candidacy to the host company.

2. Stage Two is carried out by the company offering the internship. You will be informed about the outcome of the interviews no later than June 26, 2026.

Competency tests may be part of the recruitment process.
