Sprawny staż is an initiative by the Integralia Foundation aimed at students and graduates with disabilities. The program offers friendly, paid internships at renowned companies. Each participant will receive a minimum salary of PLN 5,376 gross per month. In this year's 5th edition, employers have submitted nearly 30 offers across various industries.

your tasks:

The International Trade Customs Compliance team is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant Proof of Export (PoE) documentation by monitoring, collecting, validating, and uploading transportation documents to designated systems. The team also ensures data quality through four-eyes checks, contributing to robust internal controls and audit readiness.

In this team, you will be responsible for:

·        monitor, collect and upload to the system transportation documents; proof of exports

·        perform quality checks from other users (4eyes check)

·        collaborate closely with tax department 

·        comply with tax rules for all the countries in the scope

·        comply with business standards, policies, and procedures

·        ongoing support for the team

·        assistance with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

recruitment process:

The recruitment process consists of two main stages:

1. Stage One is conducted by the Integralia Foundation. Interviews take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (either in person or online). If you successfully pass this stage, we will recommend your candidacy to the host company.

2. Stage Two is carried out by the company offering the internship. You will be informed about the outcome of the interviews no later than June 26, 2026.

Competency tests may be part of the recruitment process.
