about the program:

Sprawny staż is an initiative by the Integralia Foundation aimed at students and graduates with disabilities. The program offers friendly, paid internships at renowned companies. Each participant will receive a minimum salary of PLN 5,376 gross per month. In this year's 5th edition, employers have submitted nearly 30 offers across various industries.

your tasks:

·        performing manual tests to verify functionality, usability, and quality of new features

·        setting up and configuring tools that support test automation and enable smooth teamwork

·        creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and simple manual or semi‑automated scripts

·        preparing test data efficiently and learning how to minimize dependencies on other teams or systems

·        identifying opportunities to automate parts of manual testing to increase repeatability and speed

·        contributing to basic automation tasks and gaining exposure to building test automation solutions under the guidance of experienced engineers

·        working with BDD frameworks and helping create simple scenarios

·        using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps in real delivery pipelines

join if you have:

·        intermediate level of English

·        a mindset focused on automation, curiosity, and continuous improvement

·        some basic experience with a modern OO language—such as Java, C#, Python, or similar (even university-level is fine)

·        familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps (nice to have, not required)

·        initial exposure to BDD frameworks is a plus

·        basic understanding of databases, APIs, web services, or cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

·        interest in modern technology trends, including AI and machine learning

·        openness to learning new tools, technologies, and testing techniques

·        optional but appreciated: certifications such as ISTQB Foundation or AWS/Azure fundamentals

·        disability certificate

we offer:

·        a 3-month paid internship taking place between July and September

·        minimum salary of PLN 5,367 gross per month for a full-time internship

recruitment process:

The recruitment process consists of two main stages:

1. Stage One is conducted by the Integralia Foundation. Interviews take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (either in person or online). If you successfully pass this stage, we will recommend your candidacy to the host company.

2. Stage Two is carried out by the company offering the internship. You will be informed about the outcome of the interviews no later than June 26, 2026.

Competency tests may be part of the recruitment process.
