about the program:

Sprawny staż is an initiative by the Integralia Foundation aimed at students and graduates with disabilities. The program offers friendly, paid internships at renowned companies. Each participant will receive a minimum salary of PLN 5,376 gross per month. In this year's 5th edition, employers have submitted nearly 30 offers across various industries.

your tasks:

·        supporting team in daily activities

·        enhancing reports, trackers, checking compliance, filling up reports

·        working on a project together with other team members

·        Project Management – Change Management related tasks

join if you have:

·        English B2

·        fast learner, good time management

·        high accuracy and focus on details

·        good communication skills and good organizational skills

·        ability to connect the dots – analytical thinking

·        good knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel

recruitment process:

The recruitment process consists of two main stages:

1. Stage One is conducted by the Integralia Foundation. Interviews take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (either in person or online). If you successfully pass this stage, we will recommend your candidacy to the host company.

2. Stage Two is carried out by the company offering the internship. You will be informed about the outcome of the interviews no later than June 26, 2026.

Competency tests may be part of the recruitment process.
