Unity Legal Collaboration HUB – an international business platform for companies in the IT and High-Tech sectors – is looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team in the position of:
B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager – IT/High-Tech Sector
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively acquire and build long-term relationships with B2B clients from the IT and new technologies sectors
Engage in direct sales of the company’s products and services
Identify, analyze, and create customer needs
Conduct market research to establish potential business relationships – once you acquire a client, they remain your client
Monitor campaign results and develop joint strategies with clients
Implement and develop the company’s marketing strategy
Achieve sales targets through active promotion of products and services
Conduct sales presentations
Work with the CRM system
Report ongoing activities
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
Goal-oriented mindset
Strong negotiation skills
Creativity and initiative
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to build long-term relationships
Very good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level – mandatory)
Knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian or German will be an additional asset
