Opis stanowiska

Unity Legal Collaboration HUB – an international business platform for companies in the IT and High-Tech sectors – is looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team in the position of:

B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager – IT/High-Tech Sector




RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively acquire and build long-term relationships with B2B clients from the IT and new technologies sectors

  • Engage in direct sales of the company’s products and services

  • Identify, analyze, and create customer needs

  • Conduct market research to establish potential business relationships – once you acquire a client, they remain your client

  • Monitor campaign results and develop joint strategies with clients

  • Implement and develop the company’s marketing strategy

  • Achieve sales targets through active promotion of products and services

  • Conduct sales presentations

  • Work with the CRM system

  • Report ongoing activities




REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales

  • Goal-oriented mindset

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Creativity and initiative

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Ability to build long-term relationships

  • Very good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level – mandatory)

  • Knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian or German will be an additional asset
