Join us as a CRM & Marketing Automation Team Leader and become part of a team shaping the future of building relationships with millions of users worldwide. You will co-create advanced CRM strategies, implement cutting-edge technologies, and scale marketing initiatives on a global level. This role offers not only the opportunity to work on ambitious projects but also to develop your professional skills in a global e-commerce environment.

You will be responsible for co-developing and executing innovative marketing automation strategies, with a focus on onboarding, retention, and reactivation, driving long-term business growth. You will play a key role in creating unique user experiences for G2A.COM customers across the globe.

If you combine strategic thinking with strong data analysis skills, have extensive experience in managing CRM projects and processes, and excel at leading teams effectively, this role is perfect for you. Your responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing automation strategies.
  • Designing marketing campaigns for every stage of the user lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
  • Defining campaign scenarios, creating workflows, and designing customer touchpoints.
  • Integrating and optimizing communication channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Creating highly personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance customer loyalty.
  • Monitoring and improving campaign performance through KPI analysis and analytics tools.
  • Optimizing and experimenting with existing workflows to achieve better engagement and conversion rates through A/B testing and continuous iteration.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to plan and develop new initiatives.
  • Reviewing marketing automation workflows created by other teams within the company, providing constructive feedback, and identifying potential challenges during the planning process.
  • Managing marketing automation tools and technologies and integrating them with CRM/e-commerce systems.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of marketing automation specialists.
  • Staying updated on trends and innovations in marketing automation and implementing modern solutions.
  • Leveraging industry insights to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Managing the marketing automation budget and preparing regular reports for key stakeholders.


You're a perfect match for the role, if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You have experience working with the Synerise platform.
  • You have experience designing complex omnichannel campaigns.
  • You are familiar with the gaming industry.
  • Your English proficiency is at least B2 level in both spoken and written communication.
  • You possess excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • You can build relationships and explain complex matters in a simple way.
  • You have analytical skills and can work effectively in dynamic situations.
  • You are skilled at managing teams and projects in an international environment.
