Sellers from all over the world present a rich offering of over 95,000 digital codes for games, software, gift cards, subscriptions, DLCs, in-game items, and various digital entertainment. We are a safe marketplace, where sellers guarantee instant delivery.

What else sets us apart? G2A.COM is a place co-created by a team of around 400 exceptional experts representing 10 nationalities. Most of us work in a hybrid model, some remotely, or on-site in a chosen location. Our R&D center is in Rzeszow, we also have offices in Warsaw and Krakow. The company's main headquarters are in Hong Kong, with the central office in Amsterdam.

Join G2A.COM as an Executive Operations Partner – your work will be visible at the highest level of the organization.

We are looking for someone who not only supports the Executive Team in daily tasks but also helps create initiatives that have a real impact on the company’s growth.

Your responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive, strategic support for the Executive Team in day-to-day administrative, operational, and organizational tasks – taking full ownership and paying close attention to detail

  • Managing the Executive Team’s calendar at a strategic level – prioritizing topics, protecting time, coordinating multi-level meetings, and ensuring effective decision-making

  • Maintaining the organization’s operational rhythm – planning recurring meetings, monitoring key deadlines, enforcing follow-ups, and closing action items

  • End-to-end business travel management – flights, accommodation, transportation, agendas, contingency plans, and cost optimization while maintaining high comfort

  • Preparing management and decision-making materials – presentations, reports, summaries, research, and well-organized documentation to support the decision-making process

  • Coordinating internal and external communication – collaborating with teams, partners, and stakeholders, while representing the organization’s professional standards


You're a perfect match for the role, if:

  • You have experience working in a demanding, dynamic environment in a role such as Executive Operations Partner, Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar

  • You have an excellent command of English (minimum C1) – able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken form in an international environment

  • You're highly organized and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality or pace

  • You're skilled in managing the Executive Team’s calendar and coordinating meetings across different organizational levels, ensuring context is clear and participants are well-prepared

  • You're independent, responsible, and proactive – you don’t wait for instructions, anticipate needs, and act ahead of time

  • You maintain the highest level of discretion and can comfortably work with confidential information

  • You operate with composure and professionalism, consistently upholding high communication standards
