Join our Finance & Operations area as a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist.

You will be responsible for budget planning and reconciliation, reporting, and process control aimed at increasing efficiency. Additionally, you will design and implement innovative system solutions, analyze data, support strategic business decisions, and collaborate on key initiatives that influence the entire organization.

Your role will also include close cooperation with the Accounting and FP&A team, as well as building strong relationships with business partners. Your recommendations for improving operational processes will significantly impact the organization's performance.

Your responsibilities:

  • Budget planning and reconciliation
  • Reporting and controlling financial processes to enhance their efficiency
  • Data analysis related to ongoing business initiatives
  • Working on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization
  • Direct partnership with the accounting team to collaborate on metrics, objectives, and business reviews
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
  • Close collaboration with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to formulate the company’s medium- and long-term financial and strategic plans
  • Providing senior management with insights on department performance and outcomes
  • Reviewing existing processes, procedures, or operations to develop improvement recommendations and presenting results and suggestions to senior management


You're a perfect match for the role, if:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis
  • You have a solid understanding of accounting principles and basic financial reporting
  • Your English proficiency is at least B2 level, both spoken and written
  • You are open to a temporary replacement contract
  • You possess highly developed analytical skills and can accurately interpret financial data
  • You are proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables, among other functions)
  • You have strong logical and analytical thinking abilities
  • You excel at organizing your work and managing time and deadlines effectively
  • You are effective in task execution and goal-oriented
  • You are flexible and can adapt to a dynamically changing environment
  • You are creative and capable of proposing innovative and quick solutions
