Your Mission as a Solutions Architect:


As a Solutions Architect, you’ll help Gainsight’s customers integrate, optimize, and scale their use of our platform. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring long-term success through strategic guidance and hands-on implementation.


  • Partner with customers – Guide them in adopting Gainsight effectively, helping to maximize the platform’s value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams – Work alongside Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to design scalable solutions.
  • Understand and translate business needs – Lead requirement-gathering sessions, document insights, and configure Gainsight accordingly.
  • Enable customers – Support their operations teams, configure Gainsight’s community and education platforms, and provide training sessions.
  • Solve challenges proactively – Identify risks early, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth implementations.
  • Stay ahead of product updates – Maintain expertise in Gainsight’s platform and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Improve processes & best practices – Help refine team workflows, documentation, and implementation strategies.
  • Flexible schedule required to accommodate U.S. business hours (2 PM – 10 PM CEST shift).


The Skills and Expertise We Value:


  • 1-4 years of experience in Professional Services, Enterprise Product Implementation, or a similar field (experience in SaaS is a plus!).
  • Strong technical foundation in:


CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Databases & data integration (SQL, querying, joining, and transforming large datasets).

Web services, APIs, and Webhooks – understanding how they work and how to troubleshoot integration issues.


  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience troubleshooting SSO-related issues and working with authentication protocols.
  • Ability to document business requirements and provide recommendations through active listening and strategic questioning.
  • Experience leading enterprise software implementations using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once – working with ~15 unique customer projects simultaneously.
  • Executive presence and confidence in engaging with technical teams, business leaders, and senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptability & problem-solving mindset – ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design efficient processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills – comfortable working with global teams and customers.


💡 Bonus Points If You Have:

  • SFDC (Salesforce) experience or certification.
  • Experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical enterprise customers.
  • Mobile development experience.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
