Affiliate Specialist 🚀

✨ We are currently looking for an experienced Affiliate Specialist to help us expand our network of partners and optimize our affiliate program. If you have a passion for gaming and affiliate marketing experience, this role might be perfect for you!

📋 Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Gameseal's affiliate program.
• Establish and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and affiliate networks.
• Negotiate partnership terms and optimize commission rates.
• Monitor affiliate performance and analyze data to optimize conversions.
• Create and implement strategies for acquiring new partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and identify new growth opportunities.

🔍 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing affiliate programs, preferably in the e-commerce or gaming industry.
• Familiarity with affiliate tools such as Impact, CJ, Awin, Rakuten, etc.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in one of the following languages—French, German, or Spanish—is an added advantage.
• A passion for gaming is a plus!
